Appointment & Cancellations

Appointments are essential for you to ensure that you get the services at your preferred time. Please let us know if you want to cancel or reschedule the appointment for at least 24 hours prior as there may be charges applicable to you when you cancel the appointment late.

Consent

By booking an appointment, we would take you data regarding your phone number, email address, and name to use the data to send you SMS or message regarding offers and promotions. Any Special request or medical condition must be communicated at the time of appointment.

Refusal Customer/Service

At Say Cheez! Salon, we reserve the right to refuse the customer if it is necessary for safety or operational reasons. If there is any request that we cannot accomodate then our team will inform you prior, you visit our salon.

Prices

Prices are listed on our website for all the services that we offer. We reserve the right to adjust the prices as per the hair length or depending on skin condition and inform you before the treatment with all changes communicated in advance.

Safety

Your safety is our priority. We and our team adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and secure environment. Please follow our guidelines and instructions for a safe experience.

Refund and Exchanges

No money shall be refunded for services rendered. Do let us know though if you’re not satisfied with the service, we give you in order that we may deal with your problem or provide an alternative where possible.

Gift Cards/ Vouchers/ Coupons

Transfer of gift cards, vouchers and coupons is not allowed, and they must be used within the duration that it talks about. One cannot exchange them for money or use them for other promotions.

Runway Rewards

Points are available in our Runway Rewards scheme when you purchase something. Points can be traded off to get discounts or free services. For information on how to earn and redeem rewards, please visit our website.

Offers and Promotions

These special offers we do have some terms and conditions attached to them also availability based. They cannot combine with other discounts or promotions.

Payment and Billing

We accept all modes of payments including cash, credit cards or debit cards. Any payment should be made in time-of-service delivery. In case there is a billing issue report it immediately.
